SN's ProDG debugger is simply the best debugger for console development out there. Pair that with their rock solid C/C++ compiler and the fast and flexible linker and you have everything to efficiently push through large projects. In addition to that SN Systems' support is second to none. Very quick turn around times even for new features if they are needed! What more can one want?
We wouldn't have been able to create 'Star Wars - Rogue Squadron 2: Rogue Leader' without this toolset.

Name: Alex P.
Time with SN Systems: 8 monthsAt the time of writing Alex is currently 8 months into his internship and has worked in several of the development teams; Tool-chain (compilers, linkers), Tuner (performance analysis) and most recently the ProDG debugger team. It felt very rewarding to be working on ProDG, knowing that it would be going out to developers who are working on the latest PS3 game titles.

Time with SN Systems: 3 yearsAndy has been with SN Systems since graduating from Cambridge 3 years ago. After starting out in our Technical Support team, and spending 6 months in the USA supporting our customers, Andy moved to join the Debugger team and put what he has learned to practice.
Working in any aspect of the industry is exciting. At the end of the day, when I see the games on the shop floor, I know I’ve played a small part in getting them there – not just a few, but lots of them!

Name: Greg B.
Time with SN Systems: 2 yearsAfter studying for a Master of Engineering in Computer Science at the University of Bristol, Greg spent a year writing some compiler testing software for a local non-games related semiconductor company. After hearing about an opportuinity to combine his interest in compilers with his love of games Greg applied to join the team at SN Systems.
Thankfully I got the job. That was just over a couple of years ago now and I couldn't be happier.

Time with SN Systems: 4 yearsAndy has been at SN Systems for 4 years now, and came from a long-term Game Development background. His focus is on optimisation, which involves finding interesting ways to run the same code faster.
My generation within the games industry was largely self-taught. A lot of people just didn’t go to university because they were already doing the thing they loved.
